Tier I – leaves a business card, has a “real” e-mail address, has “Glamour Shots” photo on card.
Tier II – leaves a business card, no picture, business name is something they picked up at a seminar or at the business card ordering place. Has a Yahoo e-mail address. Seriously, WTF? E-mail domains cost like $8.99 a year from anybody – including Yahoo.
Tier III – does not leave a business card, ever. Does not provide constructive feedback.
Guess which Tier we’re down to now? We’re going to ride it out through the summer / back to school craze – you know, just in case somebody wants their kids to go to Winnetonka and then reassess.
